Fillers/Fat Injections

Several cosmetic dermal fillers temporarily restore volume and fullness to the skin to correct facial wrinkles and folds.  An example of these folds would be the lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth known as parentheses. Commonly used fillers are Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus, Radiesse, Restylane, and Perlane.

Fillers can be effective if you want to:
•    Improve the appearance of deep wrinkles around the mouth
•    Plump thin lips
•    Enhance shallow contours
•    Soften facial creases and wrinkles
•    Improve the appearance of recessed scars

The results of fillers usually last for 6 months up to one year.  They may be used again and again to maintain a youthful appearance.

Fat injection involves fat taken from your inner thigh or abdomen and injected below the skin surface to fill hollow areas and creases, or plump lips.
